OK, so there are multiple issues here:
- In general, you can't play on reliably from replay. BGA tries to transition seamlessly to the live playing interface, but very few (if any) games actually manage that. It is a good idea to always hit your browser's "Back" button after having seen the replay, even if everything looks OK... which in this case it doesn't, as you see two sets of buttons!
- You were NOT first to bid. This table was set up with simultaneous bidding, and you were the dealer, so it's entirely possible, even likely, that all bids were already in - as that's when the message "The sum of all bids is equal to the number of tricks. Dealer must change..." gets displayed in the log. In which case you ARE, per the chosen rule variant, required to alter your bid.

=> Closing as "notabug" as the only real issue here is the display of multiple button sets, which is dealt with in boardgamearena.com/bug?id=100058 (and which is probably a side effect of using replay in this instance).
