Restarting the turn does not appear in the game log, so there is not a good way to track it other than the person I am playing with and I mentioned it in chat.

Not really a bug but more a suggestion. When you place glass in the river you have a confirm button and clearly visible selected river tiles. So at that point you have to carefully consider if you really want to place your glass there.
Imagine playing in real life and after taking the glass from the river you decide to return them back to the river. It will be a bit frustrating in my opinion.

I understand what you are saying, but then I do not understand why the Restart button would be there at all at that point in the game if it is not functional.

It is there in case you want to restart placing your glass on your board. In the beginning you can decide which glass you want to come first in the row, which second etc.

Later on in the game, the glass is put automatically if you already started a column with that color so the button is not useful in those cases.

Not that my input in particularly special but retuning glass to the river after picking them up is exactly the thing I'd expect to be able to undo especially with the issues of colour differentiation. In the physical game it is also something I'd let someone do as long as they haven't said their turn is over.

I see an Undo button but all it does is reanimate the glass dropping into position rather that letting me pick a different tile.
