Hi,

I have been through the replay of the whole game from your point of view, and see no evidence of a bug.

The only laboratory you built all game was the one for green cards. You did have the one for blue cards in your hand towards the end of the game, but you never played it. I am assuming that you tried to play it, but when the game told you to choose a green card (which it will - see next paragraph) you undid your turn to do something else.

If so, this is expected. Remember that each time you play a card, the whole column of cards of that colour get activated, starting with the bottom (oldest) card, and ending with the card you just played. Since your bottom yellow card was the laboratory that activates green cards, you need to make choice for this first. After resolving that and the other yellow cards, your turn would have ended with you being asked to choose a blue card to activate.
