Just an update. I tried placing the rainbow card elsewhere on the board, but none of the spaces work. In other words, this problem does not just apply to the space previously specified in this report, it appears to apply to all available space.

Same problem. When I have to chose a place for the rainbow, game bloc and give me this error :

Erreur inattendue : BGA service error (Reference : GS13 05/05 12:31:47).

When F5 pressed, I'm back to the moment where I can place rainbow and the game bloc again. It give the same result with any position.

I'm having the same experience, everywhere I try to place the rainbow gives an error.

I have this issue currently in a game:

I tried placing my newly received rainbow on a legal space.
Message "Unexpected error: BGA service error (reference: GS16 17/02 08:23:00)" and "If your game interface seems unstable, press F5 or click here to reload". imgur.com/a/hGiHJhE
I refreshed, was thrown back to situation that I had to place my rainbow. Same issue, so this didn't help.
I have also tried restarting my browser. This also didn't help.

I had this issue in a game yesterday as well. My timer eventually ran out. And that was an Arena game.
This issue is very annoying.

I love(d) playing this game and have played it over 200 times. This needs fixing!

Exact same issue as I wrote above.
Extra info: I'm using Firefox Version 135.0 (64-bit) on a Windows 11 Pro Version 10.0.26100 Build 26100.

I'm sad to say I won't be playing this game until this is fixed.
