The first player maker alreay exist. It is the small board on the right of the name.Is it enough?

About the turn order, after that it is logically read.

I will see if I have the time to implement like we did on Dice Forge

It would be nice if the first person indicator was on the far right by name/in box of person there instead of where it is. It would show a uniformity to other games in bga I've noticed/it's where a player might look first (from a players perspective).

I should've tried hovering over board to see what it was, but never did, I just kept scrolling through the player actions on bottom right to go back and find first player, until i read this about the board showing first player :) Until i read this report :) (just to mention another players point of view, the person I played against, didn't know about the board first player indicator either.)

On the last turn, it really matters who the first player was. It would be very useful to have an indicator showing this.

I agree that a first-player marker is needed. I don't see it if it's supposed to be there.
