Can you add more details ? Move number (at least once if it happened multiple times), screenshot, text of the error message if any, did refresh fixed the issue, ...

Player before me had their turn end. My turn started and typically the turn start you can either play a card from your hand, which I had 3 of, or you can pay for a destination which I had numerous cards in play to pay for.

The only option given to me at the start of the turn was end turn and trade which is typically end of turn state. I tried refreshing and nothing.

Sadly I didn’t take a screen shot. It just locked me out of my entire turn and left me with no option but to end my turn.

After that the end game was triggered and we didn’t get a full turn like it normally should. We all just sat there and realized the game bugged out.

Another player had triggered the last round of turns. I had a red card and a green card in my tableau, as well as one recruit available on my player mat.
I tried to explore a trading land card which required three different colour cards and awarded a bracelet.
Every time I tried, regardless of the order in which I selected cards, I was given an error message of either "The server reported an error" or "This move is not authorized now."
