Playing on PC I can get the effect description on hover the cursor on the effect's icon. But on mobiles the hover does not work. If I forgot the iconography, I have to open the rulebook.
It would be nice to show the tooltip text by click on the icons. Especially it would be useful for the room bonuses which are hard to see on small mobile screen.
