The 4th Armor point wasn't gained despite trying from multiple sources within the same playthrough. Please refer to the linked replay, which is for trying to buy Armor from the Merchant.

Replay links don't work for people not in the game, which is why I'm asking for you to provide the details.

What actually happens? Is there an error message? Which move number? Which merchant? Which option? Lots of details, please. Let's not make assumptions.

The game had already concluded when I made the report. The link should automatically replay until just before the relevant turn, and the bug should then be visible after one click of the 'play next turn' button.

The Merchant took 5 coins but didn't increase the Armor point value. No error message. #132. 5 coins for +1 Armor.

Replay links don't work for people not in the game, even after the game ends. I did try clicking it just to ensure that was the case. It doesn't work for me at all. It has never worked, which again is why I ask for details.

They should, but they may not work sometimes if clicked on directly. Copy and pasting the link should always work unless the replay is broken, which this one isn't.

Sure, maybe they *should* work, but they don't work. They never have, unless I'm a player in the game. It doesn't work now; it has never worked in bug reports. Copy paste doesn't work, either. I know how to use URLs and these replay links do not work.

I've been doing this a long time. There's a reason I ask for details. Even if the link did work, it wouldn't display PHP errors, so it's essential to describe those.

If you want to argue this further, I'll refer you to the forum (there are plenty of people looking for debates there) and close out this report.

I'm not trying to argue with you. I'm merely saying that I've had no such issues, be it replays from games I wasn't part of, with other accounts or differing devices. And it is a first for me to hear that replays don't work for some, unless the replay was broken from the get go, like switching from real-time to turn-based or if the implementation generates broken replays.

I tried playing the replay with an alternative account and on mobile and on different browsers and had no issues. I tried on Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Brave.

The replay works; the replay link does not. A link directly to the replay move has never worked for me on any browser on any system. I've tried three systems with various browsers. I've tried incog mode and logged in. I've been developing on BGA for years and it's never worked.

When I want to access your table, I go here:

Then I click replay and navigate to a move number.

Your combat stance was defensive, which grants +1 armor. The game's designer has said you can never go above 4 armor, even with boons such as the crusader's temporary armor.

I've made a change to allow armor purchases to override the temporary armor, but still calculate as a max 4 when going into battle. Likewise, your defensive stat won't grant you 5 armor, even when you already have 4.
