Yes, and it will keep happening as long as you are poisoned.

I'm sorry did you even pay attention to the report? I was using AGGRESSIVE stance, rolling 6 and 4, gives me one crit (curse makes it a roll 5 and 3, but aggressive stance crits on a 5). crit rolls a 3.
that's 6+4+3-3 = 10 damage, not 3, check out the image! thank you

No, that's 0*(6+4-2)+(4-1) = 3.
That's exactly what the game did, due to your earlier miss. It's a result of your aggressive stance and your curse, just like we stated originally.

Please take rules questions like this to the forums first before declaring them a bug. And please check your attitude before you reply again. We aren't interested in engaging in arguments, even when there's an actual bug.
