Can you add more details ? Move number (at least once if it happened multiple times), screenshot, text of the error message if any, did refresh fixed the issue, ...

Hi, I had a problem playing Azul Summer Pavilion.
At some stage in the game, I wasn't able to put my tile on the tile board. Whenever I selected the desired tile spot, the game would display an error "Esta Acao e impossivel agora" (This action is impossible now). I tried to click a few times and it didn't work.
After trying F5, the game didn't load again and the following message was displayed:
"Desculpe, ocorreu um erro inesperado" (Unexpected error)
"Erro ao processar solicitacao do banco de dados" (Error when processing a database request)

COuld you plwase fix my reputation? I am a really nice player and active player. My reputation is down totally by accident. I really like the website and hope you could kindly give my reputation back so I could join more games. Many thanks.

J'ai eu le même soucis il me mettait que je devais poser des tuiles mais ne me permettait de jouer.
