on the replay this situation could not be reproduced, the card was not greyed out. (move #78)
but on my screenshot it is.
I could not play onto the noble in my actual game.

Hm! Thank you for taking the time to report an issue, and sorry for the very slow reply.

I haven't been able to reproduce this either. It appears to be a client-side issue, since it doesn't turn up in a replay. Since we haven't gotten any other similar reports, I'm going to go ahead and close this. We've made a lot of improvements to how the game works internally since this report was filed, but if you or anyone else notices behavior like this again, please reopen this issue!
