There were actually 2 places i should have been able to place the white tile with no walls and the game would not let me put it anywhere but in storage. This is a very glitchy game, because players tiles are in side box and there is no way to move the map position (ie: Carcasonne map), it is very frequent that you cant even see or place tiles at edge of box, especially on the left side.
