It actually shows under "How to Play". It describes the changes from core game.

Market Tokens Players now gain a Market Token when using the Site B Action Space. Discard up to 1 Market Token when you assign a Worker to the City Center to take one additional action. The additional action can be a repeat of an action already taken at the City Center.

Thank you. And yes, I saw the "How to Play" section later, when I scrolled down. I still think the board game producers ought to have an updated rulebook at least posted somewhere online, with all those changes in it. It's arduous for people trying to learn a game to have to watch a video, read a 28-pg rulebook, AND then read through a list of changes posted at the bottom of a page on BGA.

The game looks great, and I'd love to see this game IRL, and I'd buy it simply because the dinomeeples are awesome, but I WOULDN'T buy it because they're having it dev'd on BGA without even producing an updated rulebook. Shows inconsideration toward users, IMO. Too eager to get it out before it's ready.

You guys are doing a great job with the adaptation, though! Kudos!

Thank you for bringing this up. These changes are part of the latest version of the game that is coming to crowdfunding very soon. This version will include an updated rulebook that details all of the changes that have already been implemented here. As soon as that rulebook is more widely available, I'll update the link.
