Of course I did that, did you?
"Arrange 6 dealt cards in 2x3 grid and flip 2 cards. Use 1 deck in 2/3/4-player and 2 decks in 5/6/7/8-player. Completing a full face-up grid ends a round."

Card power

Enabled

If a card with power is drawn from the deck, it can either be used as a normal card or be discarded to use its power.
"Closing a round becomes possible in 6/9-card grid mode."

Thats under "Card Power" whats closing a round got to do with card power? It clearly states under finishing a game that all cards need to be revealed you cant ignore that definitive rule because of some random nonsensical sentence under card powers. If you understood the game at all youd understand that its a nonsense to be able to close the game at any time it ruins the whole game instantly. Plus it used to work fine this bug has only recently appeared.

Even the rogue sentence that youve highlighted "Closing a round becomes possible" doesn't define when closing a round is possible just that its possible. Its probable, since its in the Card Powers section, that this is indicating that if using a card power exposes yours or an opponents final card that round closure will occur.
