The undo system is not erratic: You can cancel moves and the first parts of a card that contains several (like deployment then attack). However, once a card is played, no cancellation is possible.

When you play chess, there is no undo, same for most games on BGA.
My current game system does not allow me to offer more possibilities for undo.
It may be up to the players to think a little more before clicking, otherwise they can activate the CONFIRMATION of actions if they tend to click too fast.

alright fair enough, but if I remember correctly I can sometimes cancel/undo my moves before I play my 1st card and sometimes I can´t. Will update if I encounter it.

Also in my experience most newly developed games on BGA have quite extensive undo functions. They changed the very restrictive undo policy to accommodate the mobile players a few years ago. With good undo options only confirms for actions that reveal new information is needed which is good for the player experience.

The option to undo moves seems to disappear if I play a card and cancels it.

ABOUT UNDO:

Currently, game has been approved by publisher without a full undo system.
Undo system is not mandatory in BGA, it is a feature.

If I have the opportunity to develop another type of Quarter General line, I will make sure to improve the undo system and then I will update QGEF with this system.
