It will motivate more players to participate arena games, and bring enormous prestige to the reigning champion.

Unlike Ark Nova, where a mediocre card is awarded as a reward, this proposed change of 3 of the highest impact cards changed is extremely invasive. Motivating more players to participate in arena is highly speculative - in fact this amount of invasion disincentivize people from playing arena. I suggest a single card 'CEO's favorite project' to be the award: it is a way less impactful card, thematically fits better, but still an award for people that care for this sort of prestige.

We are voting for art card implementation, it's up to the developers to choose which card(s) are for the award(s).

CEO is ok if the card is not an event, so thematically Earth Office is better in comparision.

Another aspect of awarding 3 players is that terraforming mars uniquely feature 3 milestone/awards, it would just all come together if we award top three finishers of an arena season. It would also drive everyone to play the season till the end and not getting discouraged if the 1st place is running away with it like season 17 and 18; since there are still awards to play for, just like in the game. I would love to see it happen 😃.

Unfortunately there's no way to downvote suggestions, but I'm with cranes - the analogy with Ark Nova doesn't quite work (Victory Column was a new promo card, not an existing card that already had art) and I would consider this to be a downgrade to a very good implementation.
