Could you please indicate in which move of your game this happened? Or steps to reproduce it. I'm testing it and it works for me, the message doesn't appear once you end your turn and there is no district to found.

Hmm, weird, I had it literally on every turn in which I surrounded an area, founded the district, and then ended my turn.
Even had it just today in my last turn on this table #592493841, after all districts had already been placed or removed.

I still can't reproduce it, it's really weird. Also I've not received any other similar report, I'd expect people logically complaining if it was something generalized.

I've however added an extra control to check if the calpulli exists and will close this ticket. If it happens again to you please open a new ticket in the very moment it happens to you. That will allow me to get a copy of the game at that moment and investigate in a more easy manner.
