I like this idea, but do you want to use wild worker for that? I don't want to make the UI too complex. Well as you can undo every action maybe it could be ok.... I need to considere it.

yeah probably best to just select enough for the action but starting with the basic workers and going for wilds if needed.

Seen with publisher, it could have some cases when you don't want to use basic workers first, so it won't be automatic, but we will find a solution to make it easier (and automatic if it's a no-choice)

You may want to keep an builder instead of a joker if you need a certificate or a cowboy instead of a joker if you need an extra step in a subsequent turn but yeah, that is a bit rare.

If there is a button to pay the "usual" cost in workers, it is cool but it must then be clear, one way or another, that you can make a different pick. (Either offer buttons for other ways to pay but that can be annoying if there are many options or just state somewhere in the action bar as text or inside a button that you can also select workers manually. There might be other ways to make it clear.)
