The problem happened every time I cancelled and hit enter. I changed "désolé" to "dsl".
I beileve the issue is that the automoderator believes chatting is systematically done in English and "retard" was the insult.
We were all French speakers with French IPs.

Members express themselves in the language of their choice, and control of the vocabulary should be limited to that language. This implies being able to indicate the language used.

I'm french, but I'm frequently chating in English and even sometimes in German, so the auto-detection of profanity can not rely on my native language for it's detection.
Auto-detection of profanity should be disabled as long as no auto-detection of language used is implemented.

Insulte ? Attitude agressive ? Ne répondez pas où vous serez aussi modéré·e. Vous pouvez bloquer ce joueur avec un pouce rouge et/ou le signaler aux modérateurs

"retard" is not an agressive word. It means "late" and it cannot be translated as "retarded" (the good translate will be "attardé").
