J'étais en bonne position sur cette partie et me retrouve pénalisé en ELO parce que je n'ai pas joué alors ... que je ne pouvais simplement pas le faire. Je voudrais que la partie soit remise en route, au moment ou j'aurai du joué et que me soit rétrocédé mes points ELO

The log said you were over time.
In such a situation, any player can pass your turn. That you are in a good position is an incentive to do so for an unscrupulous player.

If you plan not to be able to play for a while, think about using one time joker or more. Your report doesn’t reveal any bugs.
Penalties for non-compliance with playing time are necessary for the proper functioning of the BGA site.

Sorry, I switch to english because your lack of answer make me think you didn't get the problem. I play at several Djambi table. One day, I noticed that one was missing but didn't know which. It never came back again and I receive a notification that the game was over and I lost 42 ELO points. I looked through the replay and it looks like two other player were still in, didn't message me about the issue and then continued to play. Thank you to study this and solve it.

So, where are you about this ? Treatment of players problems looks not to be your main problem. I lost 42 ELO points here and absolutely unfairly. In the war I am having with the current number 1 and 2, I should be in front. I keep asking, in ideal that you reinstall the game in situation before the bug or at least to cancel the ELO impact of the game (I saw you did it for some others)

Still nothing, this is really annoying. What do you mean by "Your report doesn’t reveal any bugs.". Report from me ? This game was no more in my list of current game so I couldn't play. Is that not a bug ? I checked with some other players and some did experienced the same.

Thanks do consider this subject.

Je ne suis qu'un commentateur habituel des rapports de bugs concernant mes jeux préférés, et je ne dispose pas de privilèges sur BGA permettant de reprendre une partie terminée. Je doute même qu'un administrateur puisse le faire ou le veuille.
Par contre, un administrateur a la possibilité d'annuler les pénalités que vous avez reçues, si vous avez été exclus d'une ou plusieurs parties suite au dysfonctionnement du site BGA.
Vous déclarez un bug relatif à l'implémentation du jeu Djambi sur BGA, et je vous réponds que votre rapport n'en révèle pas. Je ne suis pas compétent sur tout ce qui concerne le fonctionnement général du site BGA, et les conséquences éventuelles sur les parties.

Old report, probably about a temporary technical server or BGA issue, not the Djambi implementation itself -> closing this report.
