When I swapped the final goals two it wouldn't let me claim the final one (both options became greyed out after swapping)

I had the same issue at solo table #679524135. I completed a goal (sell a spirit containing at least two water) in round 7 but didn't get the chance to claim the goal.

At table #690950142 I completed the "Sell two spirits in one round" goal on Round 7 but wasn't allowed the chance to score it before the interface automatically scored the game.

I too was unable to fulfill my last goal, even though I was eligible to do so. Before the final round, I used the swap goals card to swap "collect 6 different labels" and "collect 6 non aged labels" because I wasn't sure if I would be able to complete the latter. But when the game ended, I was not able to collect my goals and the game went to scoring.

I had distilled: Moonshine, Rum, Soju, gin, andong soju, cachaca and vodka.
