We did not try F5/refresh.
The issue happened again after the front player moved.

What happened was that cyan player had no more legal turns, so purple played instead.

I chose this approach to make it clearer which player had how much time leftover at the end of the game.

Thanks for explaining. Shouldn't the game then have put the cyan player automatically to the last place of the river track like it is written in the rules "If a player cannot buy a stone block from the offer (they do not have enough food and/or time, or their pyramid is finished) they must immediately move their boat to the last space of the river track. They gain 5 food for each space moved this way." in addition to displaying a message (in the log) that the player was moved to the last space on the river track because they had no more legal turns, and then the other player could continue playing afterwards?
