Black acepted my 0 payment after some back and forth. Now it is my turn to move armies/spies. I cannot move the (my only) spy to bring him to a fighting position next card.

Presume this is move #229.

I'm guessing the favoured suit HAD been political. You used this to tax with Baluchi Chiefs (free action). Then you purchased Mir Murad Beg and played him to your court for your two turn actions. You put the spy on Beg's card, and the suit changed to military.

You bribed the black player holding Seaforth Highlanders hostage to be allowed to move one. This movement would be a free action, if you could make it, using a military suit card.

I'm guessing you want to move the Beg spy one card in your court to Mohal Lal where you could use you other military card, British Regulars, to battle the blue spy.

Possibly because you purchased and played the Beg card and Beg spy in this same turn that the game doesn't think you can now also move it on what would be a fifth legal action. As you say, you should be able to make a move with that spy.

There was a weird timing issue when loading the page which only happened after accepting a bribe, due to the game going straight to the action instead of to a 'select action' state. Which also explains it working after the restart turn, because the game has already loaded at that point. This should be fixed now.
