Gust requires a player to discard a summoned card, not a card from hand. But also the game was waiting for you choose yourself as the target (even though you were the only choice available).

Primrous, I think you are not understanding what Gust is doing.

You summon Gust, which is legal because you have basilisk in play. You have an option to undo here, but you instead click yourself so you need to discard an earth card in your area (Basilisk). The timer is on you because you selected yourself.

Once a player is chosen for these types of cards it cannot be undone. You could have clicked your own basilisk to discard it and score 8 and continue the game, but you got an agreement to abandon instead.

Gust has nothing to do with a player’s hand, read the card again.

Not a bug.
