This happened to me and an opponent as well in game boardgamearena.com/archive/replay/250604-1037/?table=683719945&player=95058736&comments=95058736. It might be triggered by a move that puts the military points total to 26 exactly. On move 331 I added 7 MP to a score of 19, which should have been 26 but instead ended up at 20. At move 313 my opponent peterisme120 added 4 points to a MP score of 22 but ended the turn at 23 instead of 26.

Dear Lorenzo fans,
I'd like to release the game soon. I've made many fixes. I really hope there are no more bugs. I'm closing all the old bug reports now, as there haven't been any updates since then. If you do encounter another bug, please create a new one. Please help me with development by only reporting bugs if you're absolutely certain they are. Please double-check to make sure it's a bug. I know, the rules in Lorenzo are often not so easy to understand. Every bug costs me a lot of time to analyze and slows me down in the further development of certain features.
