The first time this happened, I needed two jokers to make up the stamina required for the mission, and then I got a hero mouse which meant that by the end of the go I did now have the right amount of stamina to complete the mission. Just mentioning this in case that has some relevance to the bug.

Hi, I can confirm you seem to have found a bug and your game seems to highlight it happens with missions where a payment is required in addition to those joker tokens, so your report might indeed be useful to fix this! I'm looking into this.
