Per the rules as written on the card "Start of your turn: To use, gain $1 and 1 debt. Spend $1 to gain $5."
When I started my turn with $0 it told me I could use the card, but when I attempted it says the server had an error. Fellow table mate said they experienced the same thing at a different table. Seems like the system is attempting to check if I can spend $1 before it gives me the money from the first part of the card.
