It happened there as well when the Revolutionary put a card on top of the Traveler but the effect of the Traveler was available

Reading all the bugs and then confirming it in the rules, this is no bug. Although visually the discarded card by the Revolutionary's powers is on top of the discard pile, it should be below the losing Wizard so the losing Wizard's dormant powers should apply

Alchemist visible on top of discard (discarded by Revolutionary) but Geomancer wasn't buffed

then next turn, Geomancer is not visible but it is buffing the next card anyway

display needs to be fixed because it is confusing, even if working as intended in the rules

I thought revolutionary was implemented incorrectly, because of visual bug.

BGA currently treats the wizard discarded by the Revolutionary (Void 7) as invisible/discarded to the bottom of the discard (even though visually it's on top).

This is very annoying.

So if a Void 3 (or a Soldier-Void 4) goes against the Revolutionary and loses, that wizard will still be the "top" of the discard and affect the next played wizard - even though visually (and rules-wise) a different card (the one discarded by the Revolutionary) is on top of those cards
And if the Revolutionary discards a Soldier or Void 3 or something else you want on top of discard, it has no effect.

I've been reporting these interactions as bugs, but maybe the coding team thinks that's the correct rule? Even though it is not! Check BGG rules forums or read the rules.
