This happened to me as well. I reloaded the game on mobile multiple times, but the cards refused to click. The help box would open and the graphics still worked, but could not play cards.

I really need to see a screenshot. What exactly do you mean by a “help box”? Could it be that it simply wasn’t your turn yet?

There’s also a feature called card pre-selection, which lets you choose cards for your next turn even when it’s not currently your turn. Is it possible you were seeing that?

This also happened to me in several games. Reloading and unable to click anything. I think it worked in the end (on the mobile version) by scrolling down slightly before clicking a card. I’m not sure if this is why it worked though.
