I tried to use it, it gave an ugly Javascript error in the top of the screen.

So it turns out I can't use it, but the game does ask if I want to use a faded power and Exile is the only faded power that is brightly colored. This gives the impression that it can be used.

Can this step be skipped if I make an incorrect prediction and there are no usable faded powers?
