I had the same issue on Table #705796966 - Round 133.
After placing a yellow "4" tile, I was not able to complete the objective (I still had enough bottles to complete it)

It happened with me. I had 5 adjacent blue and the game would not register that I did.

I had a large area connected by a placed coloured square. it acted as if it was not there, so couldn't score the object.

Same problem combined with another one (registered under post boardgamearena.com/bug?id=176016)

place a tile to extend a 6 adjacent purple squares, then try to trigger the 6 objective, with the aim to follow on successively triggering the 5 objective, then the 4 objective and the 3 objective (possible due to the configuration of the zone), but ...
1:/ Couldnt score my objective 5,4 and 3 after having scored objective 6 although that meets the scoring requirement.That's why I undoed the action
2/ then the 6 objective was not any more triggerable (with a non counted ink bottle on it). [bug?id=176016]

placed a tile to extend a red zone up to 5 squares, then using the bonus 5 to place a black colored square elsewhere to extend a black zone to 6 squares, then I completed a 6 objective on that black zone.

coming back to the red zone where there were 2 objectives 3 that met the requirements, I was unable to trigger them.

Same issue. I was able to place two red squares, making a total of 6, but the game did not let me score the 6 until after I had removed an opposing player's ink from a 7th square/spot that was adjacent to the 6 reds. Table 731650578. I have a photo if that's useful but don't want to go through the steps if it's not going to prove useful. Refresh did not help. This is the second table this has happened on, the first time I assumed it was a fluke.

For the most part, this game seems to work well. Not sure how it got out of beta with quite this many bugs. Would recommend it being returned to beta status until someone's able to address them; I sense the developer might be feeling understandably overwhelmed.

Same bug: I have 6 squares in a beige area with a 6 icon, was not allowed to score it. This came after I had hit undo so I could choose different ink bottles to move - the first time it scored the objective, but after I used the undo function to restart my turn, it would not score the objective.
