I am absolutely against adding a new opportunity to pop-up windows. I hate pop-up windows.

If you do not note the weather marker, I think it is because it is lost among other information symbols.

It is clearly a frustrating obstacle to new players. I've discovered several new games on this platform, this is by far the most frustrating to me, because of the level of attention it requires from you and the importance of the penalty (both in ranking loss and because you wait one full turn without playing in many cases).

I agree. For any weather change, we should have like an alert or something.
Specialy in turn based mode, it is hard to know this...

There is a popup + a token change + the number of warning updated at the top of screen + the number of warning updated in the logs + car dashboard updated
