It may be shown somehow near the dice that are placed or as a bar on top (similar to end game message in Tash-Kalar).

It is similar to suggestion to make more visible weather change.

In the end, I guess we all will get used to it, because it is visible in that box on top, but I think that better user experience would be if that rules changing events should be more prominent.

If you do not note the flag marker, I think it is because it is lost among other information symbols.
I have already asked for the grouping of information that is above the game area by categories.

In particular, I recommend that circuit-related items (flag, meteo) be grouped to the right with the round marker so as not to interfere with dice and other information or buttons related to the player’s car and its movement.

I also miss the flag sometimes but I don't see it as a big problem. If I can't overtake then I check if there is a yellow flag. And there always is.

My best advice is to pay attention when people do a 00 spin out. Then you won't miss yellow flags and weather changes. It's also shown in the log btw.

rule, page 18:
"A Yellow Flag token is placed next to the player’s car when drawn, not on their Dashboard."

Why is the yellow flag marker not placed on the circuit next to the car exiting the track, as specified by the rule?
It may be useful to double it above the playing area, but if it is muddled with the other symbols, it is useless: it is on the circuit that it will be most visible.

I could agree more with this.
I so at least 3 topic on forum asking why they could'nt overtake
the reason was the yellow flag...

There is a yellow flag at tje top of the screen.
Consequence is described in tooltip.

There is nothing much i can add on this one.
