I was able to remove a group of tokens for my last move, pozzo's only possible move was to remove the white token + 1 orange token. Game could not end, because this move remained. F5 made no difference. I've never seen this problem before.

F5 and ctrl F5 din't resolve the problem
The problem took place twice, a groupe of yellow tokens with joker and after a pink token with joker
I tried to play something else and that has this time was accepted but that irreparably made me lose
I tried repeatedly to make F5 but without result
Considering circumstances, I asked to the other player (Pixar) for a cancellation but it was too interesting for him to bring down the first one of the ranking.
He waited for the end of my discount and expelled me to win

Confirmed. We switched database server to fix an infrastructure limit affecting multiple games, but the new setting created a problem with color pop. I am investigating.
