On the info page, I can read a detailed description, watch a video about it etc. but if I want to play it I have to head to the 'Play Now'/'lobby' page and start a game from within there, possibly having to then search for the game I was just looking at.

I have done the manual process, and also had to explain to so many new people who are looking at the Games page on how to start a new game. If there was a "Play Now" button or "Start Game" button, that would make it so much easier to do.

Perhaps and easy solution would be this: from the game info page, have a "Play Now" button which brings you to the Play Now page with just the current game listed on the top, so they can either click on "Create" or one of the "Join" buttons (if there are existing games to join).

Starting a new game from the Play Now section is very cumbersome. My game group exclusively find games to play from the Games section using the filters. It would be sooo much easier to start a game from this section. Please please fix this issue.

Have to admit this has bugged me since day one on BGA. Even though I know it's not there, I *still* catch myself looking for a Play This Game button on the Game Page as it makes *so much sense* to be able to do it from that page. I feel like it MUST be there and I've overlooked it so far.

Cannot count how many times we have looked at the 'Games' page to search for a suitable game based on player number, time, and complexity, only to then have to go to the "Play Now' tab and search for the game again to actually start a table.

Simply being able to start a table from the Games search would improve the user friendliness of the site tremendously.

This is really urgent now since the (december) daily calendar has a button "play now" which leads to the game page but then there is no way to open a game directly from that page.

It's strange that there is no such option.

If you click on the "play this game again" button it adds the game to your favorites as well and you may only remove it after the table started.

As a work around I've written the following bookmarklet which reads out the gameid from the game info page and then brings you the lobby with this game already added to the favorites.

just add this text to a new bookmark and click on it if you want to start a game from the info page. On mobile you need to enter the bookmarks name in the adressbar.
