I cannot reproduce this bug.
From the log, it seems that you click on the skip button at the top of the screen.
So you did not pay any trekking card but did not get the destination card, only the 3vp points from the journey card.

You could have pressed the button accidently, or press the space bar or anything like this.
Can you reopen another bug if it reproduces again and tell me exactly where you click in order to select the trekking cards you want to pay with.

For memory, here is what I tried:
1. I tried to buy the destination card but could not.
2. So I used a journey card instead but still could not get the destination card.
3. So I had to press skip and end my turn.
