You got 6 VP with the Guild Hall for 3 large production buildings. Not a bug.

Shipping and victory points added up to 38. Should be 44 Guildhall was suppose to score 6 two large and two small production buildings. But gave a total score of 59. Similar thing happened with custom house shipping and buildings 41 the total should be 45 but the game scored 48.

I had a similar problem in this game: boardgamearena.com/7/puertorico?table=163666728

It would appear my point total should be 60, including 8 from the Guild Hall (all 4 large production building, none of the small ones) and 5 from Nobles (which it displays as large building bonus). Instead of the large building bonus of 13 as expected, it showed 15.

One possibility that occurred to me is that if the aqueduct was somehow increasing the "value" of the indigo and sugar plants, it would explain the error. I wonder if aqueducts were in play for the other "Guild Hall miscount" games?

i have all 4 big production building and 1 small (sugar) and i have the Residence too and a full city so i should have 16 victory points from large buildings (4*2 + 1 = 9 and 7 from Residence) but i got only 13

Guild Hall scored 12 bonus points. Should never exceed 10.

opponent got 9 bonus points for guild hall but should have got only 7. Opponent had only 3 big buildings and 1 small building

Not a bug, check the rules about the Jeweler:

"Note: the jeweler counts as a large production building (see guild hall)."

I'll add a note about this on the Jeweler to hopefully avoid confusion about this exception rule.
