At move #67, the starting player was Cyperus23, so I suppose that was the player having the problem?
It looks to have been a local problem with their web client only, because this issue is not visible when looking back through the game replay.
Any additional info you can provide about the device / browser that player was using, and if F5 refresh was attempted to fix the card issue?
Anyway the cards are dealt 3 - 2 - 3 to all players like in real life, so it seems very unlikely they would really have been dealt only 7 cards.
So most probably a strange local (and temporary) display issue on their browser only.

No new info, and happened only once on 1 specific client.
So seems to have been a local browser display issue.
