It's a small suggestion, but it would prevent the player from making the sub-optimal move of taking the employee.

The implementation actually already does this. If you select a select an employee from housing, but you would already reach the maximum workers due to the transport bonus, you get the $1 automatically. There is an info message to notify when this happens.

Leaving this open because I want to improve how this is notified and presented as an option.
Technically, the platform should still allow you to make obviously suboptimal moves, so I think the better solution would be to use a confirmation modal instead, as is used in a few other cases.

Ah, I guess I hadn't noticed because I avoided it. I thought it was just odd that it was even a choice. A confirmation modal makes sense.

I decided the modal would be an unnecessary complication for a fairly uncommon edge case. I'll keep the current implementation described above.
