The situation where a player might experience this error doesn't occur in many games. It has happened to me before, but I didn't report it at the time.

I catch exactly the same situation at table 9242046, move 43. "New Military Tactics" was used only at first time and immidiatly lost. I can`t play it for another world during the same fase (it was double opportunity to play world in two-player game).

With Improved Logistics in play, I played New Military Tactics and settled Lost Alien Battle Fleet. Then I tried to settle Rebel Outpost and received the message: your military is not big enough. New Military Tactics should apply through the whole Settle phase.

I experienced the exact same thing. New Military Tactics, as well as all other sources of temporary military, last until the end of the settle phase. Therefore the 2nd world played with Improved Logistics still has the same boosted military to draw from.

It should not work for the second settle of a 2PA III/III call, since that is a completely separate phase.

Fixed, but just to be clear :

The ORIGINAL bug was not a bug. In a 2 players game, when there is 2 consecutive Settle phase, the temporary military force DOES NOT last for the second one.

The other one with Improved Logistics however was a bug. It has been fixed now, and the temporary military power you get from your first settle can be used for your second settle.
