I had the same issue at table 203104804, but it seems to be a permanent issue. I could not see any cards or the player mats (only a white border) and, even worse, was unable to pick a card to discard when needed, blocking the game.

I'm using Mozilla Firefox 92.0 on Ubuntu. F5 made no difference.

Playing around in the inspector on a recorded game, it seems that removing background-position-y: 100%; from #skl-game-holder .player-coaster.skull-coaster makes them visible - not sure if it is helpful.

To be more precise, it seems actually that changing any value for #skl-game-holder .player-coaster.skull-coaster forces a CSS layout recalculation and makes the cards and player mats appear.

Report closed automatically because it has not been upvoted or commented for a while.

Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.

In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
