The 6man(?) doesn't show up for me in a vertical orientation, but does show up upon turning the phone horizontally.

Case 2:
vertical: i.imgur.com/S8xtzOr.png
horizontal: i.imgur.com/EgIb8VI.png
The red dragon doesn't show up for me in a vertical orientation, but does show up upon turning the phone horizontally.

If it's not possible to show all tiles in the vertical orientation, maybe it's better to lock the game to the horizontal orientation on mobile?

This looks like the same problem as report #46612. I think portrait can work fine, the newly drawn tile just needs to be shown somewhere else in portrait mode.
