What iPad Model do you have? Would you mind taking a screenshot of the game?

As for the extra confirmation prompt, I strongly hesitate to implement this as a default. It might be reasonable as an optional feature if more players find it useful.

the same just happened to me. Using Chrome Version 93.0.4577.82 (Official Build) (64-bit)
and it cost me the game.

Please implement this! At least as an optional feature.
This game really really needs it. Especially, but not only on small devices.
I especially like the implementation from Santorini with the Confirm button with countdown.

This would make the game a lot more balanced so that the winner isn't always the person who clicks the wrong button.
