I was able to play one Oshax early on in the game, and it worked properly, but when I tried to play my second Oshax, I had the issue described in this bug. Another player at the table was able to play her first Oshax late in the game after I was unable to play my second Oshax.

My opponent has been able to play them, but I have the same issue on this table: boardgamearena.com/2/theisleofcats?table=203799868
(And the message is worded oddly too: "You must the color of the oshax")

Same issue for me. My opponent played oshax but when he picked the colour the remaining oshax were still highlighted for selection and he couldn't confirm. Wasn't in final turn though and I had played a treasure card

I have tried a lot of things and I could ne replicate the problem. I tried something with the new version 210924-1346, hopefully it will fix this.

If you refresh your browser after seeing this message and you still have the problem, please report back. If you could provide screenshots and your browser/OS too!

Same problem last night, one person in the group was able to place the Oshax, other two were not. 2nd person eventually managed to place it, but it was a the wrong spot and vanished during final score counting. When clicking on the card, you pick the oshax, confirm, select color, then immediately it asks you to pick an oshax again. This is right after placing and selecting color. The confirm is greyed out, the shapes of the oshax are lit up to choose, but the directions say something about the color. Link to screenshot here: imgur.com/zy0yLtv

I have no idea what is going on with this one so I've added calls to log info when placing Oshax (in version 210924-1920). So if you get this bug, please refresh to make sure you have the latest version. Then show the "Developer Console" (by pressing F12 in most browsers) and take a screenshot of what is shown there.

And also write which browser you are using.

I should put that debug information somewhere easier to see now that I think about it! Anyway for now, you where almost at the right place: there is a "console" tab in the F12 window that opened, this will contain what I want...

same issue -- can't confirm color of onyx placed on board -- refresh didn't work, switching to another browser didn't work

Same issue, refresh didn't help, Table #204607825
a couple turns before Move #180

First attempt at playing Oshax, could choose either purple or red, chose purple, confirm was greyed out, only available option was Undo. Used Undo, tried again, some problem. Refreshed, same problem, chose red instead, still couldn't Confirm so passed.

Tried refresh, no joy.
We've paused the game for now (turn based) so it's at the exact point where I'm trying to play the Oshax and can't confirm the colour.

as noted in the other bug report, this also happens when you play a public lesson that requires you to choose a cat color as well.

Same issue table 203968458 - can select Oshax, confirm position and select colour, but the confirm button after that is not available.

Same issue on table 204948119, with two Oshaxes in the final round. One Oshax has been succesfully placed in the first or second round. Select Oshax, confirm position, select color, but cannot place the final confirm.

204978089 - Confirm Oshax can be played in rounds 1 & 2, not sure about round 3 as haven't tried, But rounds 4 & 5 wont allow them to be played. I select the colour, and it appears over the tile, but the confirm button is still greyed out. So have to abandon it to continue.
Great implementation though, thanks for all your efforts.

I just published a new version (210927-1917). It should hopefully fix this. Please refresh your games! If you still get a bug, please look below all the player boats, if there is a bug related message, please paste it in the bug report. Thanks all!

I just played a game. I was able to play 2 Oshax with no issues. Hope this is fixed!
