I do have a screenshot (but can't use imgur.com) which I can pass on if necessary.
But I have replayed the game to this point, and was able to reproduce the issue.

With the "Skip uneventful final tricks" option, if all of the bonuses (including the game) are decided before the final few tricks are played, those cards are just thrown in and not counted for either side (as we neither know nor care who would have won them).

Instead, you see the points that had been taken by each side up to that point, which also serves as a partial explanation why the cards were thrown in - in your case: with 48, the declarers had secured the game, and with 27, the defenders had prevented high game. (It's not a full explanation because it doesn't clarify what happened to trull, four kings and ultimo, but those must be decided too for this to happen: the pagat must have been played, and trull/four kings must either be completed by one side or prevented by both.)

=> Not a bug.
