before convert money to strongest currency. Player fireflyz126 should pay loan A which will cause to bankrupcy . shouldn't taking loan and gain 2nd place.

oh, there are 2 bankrupcy players: efwin, fireflyz126. .
my oppinion: both player should consider bankrupcy.

See Rule 13. "If they are unable to pay off their Loan, they go bankrupt, immediately ending the game."

And Rule 15. "Note that if a player goes Bankrupt, any remaining items in the Contract Queue do not get resolved!"

There can only ever be one Bankrupt player. If someone goes bankrupt, the remaining items in the Contract Queue (including Loans) are not resolved.

In this game, milkdromeda and I are planning to change the conversion rate of the currencies after the last dividend card is resolved to gain a little bit more money but the game ended immediately after the last dividend card is resolved

I don't understand what you mean. Once the last dividend card is resolved, all remaining contracts are fulfilled and the game ends - there is no rule that allows you to change the conversion rates.
