I had a similar problem; I'm not sure if I should submit a different bug report or not.

In this 2p game (boardgamearena.com/table?table=219680529) I got "Unexpected error: More than one possible action at this state (reference: GS4 19/09 04:38:30)"

I had only pink cards left and playing any of them would have completed the last mission, but I was unable to play any of them.

This happened earlier in the game, but in the dummy hand, and I was able to play a submarine card (which lost us the mission but did not block the game from progressing)

I'm using Firefox 104.0.2 (64-bit)

I’ve had this have many times in a two player game after playing for a while. Only way past is fail mission but then it will happen again later.
