For example, you have many tabs open to look at strategies and statistics as you are playing a game. During that game, you opponent uses a glitch to cheat and you want to give them a red thumb so you click over to their tab and go through the red thumb process. Afterwards you are looking at players again and discover you didn't give them the thumb, so you must have given it to someone else. You don't want to give out thumbs to random people you enjoy playing with, so now you have to search your history to find out who you gave it to in order to fix it. With this list, you could just see who you gave it to and remedy it immediately.

Another example would be you red thumbed someone when you first started on bga before you fully understood it and now you won't remember who and can't fix it so it won't affect their reputation. With this list, you could look at the time period and remember who it was and remove the judgement.
