Can't load image on phone, but it's clearly visible on the table which goods and resources are owed each round. Thanks for your help in resolving this. Looking forward to playing this in the future.

You have to completely surround each bonus. As you have not circled the bonus squares, your bonuses are not producing. Fill in the diagonals and the bonuses will produce.

In the rules this is described on page 11 (“ If you leave a goods space uncovered, but instead cover the 8 spaces around it, you will receive that good as a bonus each round.”) As you are only covering the four horizontal and vertical squares, your bonuses are not producing.

When selecting resources on mountain boards not enough boards were showing. For example I selected get two resources from 4 boards and only one board came up--I undid my move so I wouldn't waste my four meeples. Never had this before.

An update - it did start giving the reward once the board was fully filled out ob the squares left and down. That makes me think this resource may be programmed according to income rules instead of resource rules. It is the little two square blue tile resource in the bottom right area of the main board.

I used 4 meeples, 2 stones, 2 trees placed on the Build Houses & Build Ships combination tile. It took the resources but didn't give me the option to choose and didn't give me the resources.
No F5 didn't work.
It's random error because I've used this tile succeeding in other games.
