Didn't have this problem months ago, and not with my other paid account. We only noticed this issue a few days ago.

Obviously I am willing to provide the account that is having the problem (it's not this one) but I'm also unsure whether these are publicly visible posts and didn't want to post email addresses on a public forum.

I don't feel comfortable posting the email but I will mention that the username for our other account that we cannot access is TheOriginalGamesters. Funny thing is that I can still see that user is around from my primary account, so it doesn't look like it's been deleted or anything.

FYI, I have also posted for help twice under boardgamearena.com/support, but so far haven't received any responses.

Lesson learned: Check your Spam folder day after day. I did so the first 2 days after asking for support, but didn't find anything. Turns out when they did start getting back to me, it went to spam in Gmail for BOTH of my email addresses. And with Gmail searching for "board game arena" and "bga" doesn't search your spam, so I wasn't seeing it.

Finally the 3rd email many days later magically went into the inbox.

Report closed automatically because it has not been upvoted or commented for a while.

Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.

In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
